7 Days Biking Tour in High Atlas Mountain
Day 1:imlil-Imnan-Imi-Oughlad
Get starting from imlil all the way up to TiziN'Tmatert, overlooking onto to valleys (Imnane and Imlil valley, there is the pissibility to have tea or drink something), curry on toward Tachdert, all the way down til El bour village, then you have two options:
1th: is to take a shortcut to Imi-Oughladpassin by TIzin'Elbour down to village of ImiOughlad.
2nd: is to continue biking down to Asni then pick up to ImI-oughlad.
*And there is about 25km
*Altitude difference 550m up, 900m down
Day2: Imi-Oughlad-Azzaden valley
Start biking up for 11k to Tizin'tacht(2020m), stop over the to have lunch , then after lunch keep biking to Id Issa village, overnight there
*20km they can do more if they want that
*A.D 600m up, 260m down
Day 3: Id Issa-Ouirgane
After breakfast start biking all the way down, through villages near by rherever.
And the lunch somewhere in the way to Ouirgane.
About 20km
*A.D 250m down
There is the possibility to do more biking if you want that
Day4: Ouirgane-AitZitoun (Amzmiz)
Keep biking again after having breakfast, passing close to the dam then take a single track toward Ouchfiln, subsequently reack to the tarmak road ( biking for 8k on the tarmak road), then arrive to AitZitoun to have lunch there.
You'll take some snacks with you, because you'll have late lunch afternoon.
Aslo, after lunch you can bike more around villages.

Day 5:AitZitoun- Tnirt
Pick up from AitZitoun to Amezmiz, then biking through fields of olive trees toward a pass, the lunch will be before arrive to the pass, after keep biking to tnirt
• about 30km
• 300m up, 200m down
Day 6: Tnirt-Imin'Tala-Amezmiz
From Tnirt biking down for a few minutes to the rever, then go up across s small village toward Imin'Tala, then keep on near by the for less than one hour to the place where you going to have lunch, after tge lunch get back to Amezmiz.

• 200m up, 300m down
Day 7: is an optional day
1th: biking from Amezmiz to Takerkoust or Agafay
2nd: doing biking tour in Kik plateau.
